ACME 5 Lifestyle Botique
The adaptive reuse of a run-down 1940s retail building in San Pedro, turning it into a lifestyle boutique + art gallery. This included the restoration/alteration of the original facade, structural adjustments that enhance the wood bow truss aesthetic, as well as new architectural lighting and building systems. The most significant modification however, was to cut a central opening to the basement below, allowing the vast former storage floor to be repurposed as a gallery.
